While Brooklyn rolled around I decided to pull out my camera and practice shooting 100% manual and different focal points. This was at f2.8, 400ISO, ss1/40. Figured it would be best to do my first attempt on an object that isn't mobile :) I'm not happy with the amount of noise, should have had my ISO lower. But I guess that's how we learn!!

I feel like I was just reading a completely different language! That would be why you're the pro photographer and I am not!
You should check out this website about photograpy...they have weekly photography challenges and workshop stuff. www.iheartfaces.com
Thanks Katherine! I just checked it out and it sounds like a great resource. It all sounded like foreign language to me for a while too :)
